Thus, the old horse must go, and with a starving world out there, why not make horse burgers? My family grew up eating zebra when I was growing up in Tanzania. It had more fat than the various kinds of antelope, so it was preferred. Hippo was the only animal other than zebra that we liked better.

So, here is a Hispanic gentleman who is going to dress horse for Eastern Europeans. I have a hard time understanding why these bleeding hearts think that horses should be immune from coming to dinner at my house if that is the sort of meat I like.
